License and Permitted Usage
Data and Privacy
Signal-Lab stores your connected content data solely to power the automated analysis the platform provides. This data is used only for that purpose and is not sold, shared, or used for any other commercial purpose.
What we store: To deliver automated analysis, Signal-Lab retains performance and content data from your connected platforms. This data is processed and stored within Signal Lab's infrastructure.
What you own: You retain full ownership of your data at all times. Signal-Lab holds no claim to your content or performance data.
Account data: Separately, we retain only the minimum information necessary for account management — such as your email address and licensing credentials — for authentication and support purposes.
For full details on how data is handled, including third-party platform data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Platform Compliance
Signal-Lab integrates with the following third-party platforms. By connecting these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms and policies.
Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
Signal-Lab uses Meta's Graph API solely to retrieve Page insights and performance data for display in your dashboard. Our integration complies with the Meta Platform Terms. We request only read-only permissions limited to Page engagement metrics, ad performance data, and basic profile information. We do not publish content, manage messages, or use Meta data for advertising targeting or to train machine learning models. Meta's terms are available at: https://developers.facebook.com/terms/
TikTok
Signal-Lab uses the TikTok Display API to retrieve public video data and account statistics. Our integration complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. You can revoke Signal-Lab's access to your TikTok account at any time through TikTok's Security and Permissions settings. TikTok's developer terms are available at: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/tik-tok-developer-terms-of-service/en
Google / YouTube
Signal-Lab uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API to retrieve channel and video performance data. Our integration adheres to the Google API Services Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of data received from Google APIs is limited strictly to providing the Signal-Lab service to you. Google's terms are available at: https://developers.google.com/terms/ and the user data policy at: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Payment Terms
All purchases are final. Signal-Lab does not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. While we work to maintain high platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve platform features at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Signal-Lab is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
No guaranteed outcomes: We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue growth, or performance improvements. Market conditions, execution, and other external factors are beyond our control.
Judgment required: Insights generated by Signal-Lab are based on available data inputs. Users should apply professional judgment before acting on any recommendations.
Signal-Lab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal-Lab and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data — arising from your use of the platform. This includes outcomes resulting from decisions made based on the platform's outputs.
